Project Summary
A former greenfield site on the outskirts of Wakefield, OEC were appointed to perpare a Foul and Surface Water Drainage Strategy report, as part of the viability of the site and to supplement the planning application.
Following the success of the planning application, private drainage using SuDS techniques and external work designs commenced, with our design team taking into consideration the gradient of the site.
