Project Summary
The client wished to demolish an existing storage building to facilitate the construction of a new portal framed building.
OEC were appointed to prepare a package of calculations to cover the design of the proposed foundations. Detailed GA plans and piling general arrangement drawings were also prepared, along with the design for the internal floor slab.
A scheme design was also undertaken to determine indicative member sizes and foundations loadings.
