Project Summary
This project involved the demolition of an existing framed building to allow the construction of a new portal frame.
Our structural appointment to this project included the provision of the steelwork design and drawings, along with foundation, retaining wall and machine base ground bearing slab designs and respective drawings.
As part of the viability of the site and to supplement the planning application, a Flood Risk & Drainage Assessment report was undertaken by our Civils team.
